Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie Recipe
There’s just something special about the combination of peanut butter and jelly. It’s comforting and energizing all at once. Also, it’s delicious. Unfortunately, the traditional delivery method for this flavor powerhouse is not exactly nutritionally sound. So, to help satisfy that craving without contradicting your fitness goals, here is a recipe for a delicious, healthy peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie.
- 1 cup milk (of choice)
- ½ cup plain, low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Naked Nutrition Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and thoroughly combined.
