Peanut Butter Spread: 190 calories, 16g of fat in 2 tablespoons

Naked PB: 50 calories, 1.5g of fat in 2 tablespoons

Clearly, powdered peanut butter is a perfect option for the calorie-conscious peanut lover. While you can do tons of things with this delicious, nutritious powder here are a few quick, easy smoothie recipes so you can get right down to it without all that cooking business.

The Classic

Chocolate, peanut and banana is a time-tested perfect combination.

  • 2 large overripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup milk (or more to thin as desired)
  • 1 scoop Naked PB powdered peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice (as needed)

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until thoroughly combined.

Apple & PB Smoothie

  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 scoop Naked PB powdered peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice (as need)

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until thoroughly combined.

Strawberry PB Smoothie

  • 5 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop Naked PB powdered peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice (as need)
