3 Great Fall Whey Protein Shake Recipes

As fall approaches, we start to think of – and crave certain food combinations and flavors. But we still need to make our macros and reach our goals. So, to help reach this delicious, seasonal balance, here are 3 great fall whey protein shake recipes.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder
  • ½ banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk (of choice)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • A few shakes of pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

  • 1 scoop Naked Whey protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
